Zot Point Average: A Chrome Extension for Class Statistics
Zot Point Average is a free chrome extension designed to enhance the UCI's Schedule of Classes webpage. This extension allows users to view class statistics by displaying the previous class grade distribution and the average GPA for each class.
To use Zot Point Average, simply filter the class category or department on the Schedule of Classes webpage. When you click on a highlighted class name, a modal will appear with the relevant information. Please note that if the grade distribution appears to be blank, it could mean that there is no data available for that professor in the database or that the listed name is not a lecture professor.
It's important to highlight that Zot Point Average does not offer pre-Covid or post-Covid selections, as teaching styles and online sections may create variations within the grade distribution.
With Zot Point Average, UCI students can easily access class statistics and make informed decisions when selecting their courses.
